Create Lots
For your convenience, Off The Plan Recurring Matters supports several methods to create new lots. The method you choose will largely depend on your current workflow.
Import From Matters
If this is the first time you've used Off The Plan Recurring Matters, you may have existing projects in LEAP that are not currently managed by the app. You can import this work into Off The Plan Recurring Matters to begin taking advantage of the improved batch processing and bulk features of the app.
Import From Spreadsheet
If you've received a spreadsheet from your client, you can use the spreadsheet import tool to map the relevant columns to LEAP's expected fields.
From Numerical Range
If the lots you're managing are are a sequential series of numbers, for example lot numbers 10 to 250, you can use our range input feature to simplify the process.
From Text
When working on projects with non-sequential lot numbers, or alphanumeric lot names rather than purely numeric lot numbers, it may make sense to use our text input feature. Simply paste in a list of lots, and the Off The Plan Recurring Matters app will do the rest.
